YOU ARE EXPOSED TO TOXINS MORE THAN YOU THINK: LIST OF TOXINS IN YOUR BODY YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF!

You think you’re healthy, but you don’t feel vibrant. You struggle to find the energy to get through the day. You’re irritable. Your liver, kidneys, colon, lungs, stomach isn’t acting right. And all those headaches!
These types of ailments affect many of us in our daily lives. They’re not serious enough to warrant a trip to the doctor — or maybe you tried only to be told there was nothing wrong — but they still tend to drag you down, wearing away your resistance and leaving you feeling like you’re just getting old.
I have good news for you — it probably has nothing to do with aging. Instead, you may simply be surrounded by too many toxins.
You’ll see that there are many harsh pollutants and harmful pesticides in our environment that should not stay in your body. Eating of poor quality food, drinking unfiltered water and lack of exercise has accumulated toxin and fat in our body.
Your immune system has its own mechanism of getting toxins out of your body. Some toxins, however, can be formidable and can breach the immune system’s defenses when present in force.
Since our body organs work together to help eliminate these trapped toxins, it’s important that they’re all healthy and in working order. The liver, kidneys, colon, lungs, skin and lymphatic system are especially useful and important when it comes to detoxifying the body.
‘’The detox diet helps your body wash out the bad chemicals and toxins that are left inside your body. The toxins that you get originally come from the food that you eat. Thus, you have to be wise and think of other ways to eat healthy.’’ (myscienceacademy.org).

Detoxifications and cleanses have become a popular topic in the health and wellness field. But what the safest and most effective ways to detoxify and cleanse your body? What really works and what doesn’t? Here is some expert advice to help.
When we get an unhealthy buildup of toxins in our body, it’s not pretty. These excess toxins will cause physical and mental health issues like chronic fatigue, headaches, insomnia and diseases.
Many of these toxins come from things you use or consume everyday like food, water, beauty and personal care products and the environment.
If you’re wondering why it’s so important to cleanse and detox your body, take a look below.

When we talk about toxins, what comes to mind mercury, radioactive element, and other harmful chemicals? But there are some lesser-known places you might be ingesting or absorbing toxins:

                        i.        TOOTHPASTE:
You will find toothpaste in almost every home round the globe. You do know toothpaste are made of bleach agent though whitens your teethes but are harmful to the human system? Your mouth is highly absorbent, so chemicals lurking in your toothpaste get a fast-track into your bloodstream. Harmful and potentially toxic ingredients commonly found in toothpaste includes Triclosan, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Artificial Sweeteners, Fluoride, Propylene Glycol, Diethanolamine (DEA) and Microbeads.

Fluoride.
The science clearly demonstrates that fluoride is a toxic chemical that accumulates in your tissues over time, wreaks havoc with enzymes and produces a number of serious adverse health effects, including neurological and endocrine dysfunction. Children are particularly at risk for adverse effects of overexposure.

Triclosan.
Triclosan is an antibacterial chemical added to toothpaste to help fight plaque and gingivitis. However, while it has been shown to be effective for this purpose, triclosan has also been linked to concerns over antibiotic resistance, endocrine disruption and thyroid dysfunction.

Endocrine-disrupting chemicals such as triclosan can promote a wide variety of health problems, including breast, ovarian, prostate and testicular cancer, preterm and low birth weight babies, precocious puberty in girls, and undescended testicles in boys.

ii.        SKIN CARE AND CLEANING PRODUCT
Your skin is your largest organ -- and also the thinnest. Less than 1/10th of an inch separates your body from potential toxins. Worse yet, your skin is highly permeable. Just about anything you put on your skin will end up in your blood stream, and will be distributed throughout your body.
Currently, there are estimated to be more than 10,500 cosmetic and personal care products on the North American market. Of those products, the Environmental Working Group estimates that 99% of the products contain one or more ingredients that have never been evaluated for safety.

Parabens, Synthetic colors, Fragrance, Phthalates, Triclosan, Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) / Sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), Formaldehyde, Toluene etc are common in our usual skin care product. Hydroquinone for instant used for lightening skin, ‘’banned in the UK, rated most toxic on the EWG’s Skin Deep database’’, and linked to cancers, allergies, neurological disorders and reproductive toxicity.
The EU in 2009 banned a total of 1,342 Cosmetic Ingredients to safety concerns. They are all listed in Annex II of the Cosmetics Regulations/Directives, The United States FDA has banned a total of 11. Leaving the cosmetics industry to police itself is an interesting tactic; the result being that the things we buy to use on our bodies are often chock full of ingredients that may not be so great for us.

                        iii.        UNSAFE WATER.
We all know how important want is. We are comprise 75% of water. We use water in everything. We wake up in the morning, take a shower, brush our teeth, grab a cup of coffee and head out for the day. Water is an important part of our daily lives and we use it for a wide variety of purposes.
Unfortunately, most tap water is far from pure, containing a vast array of disinfection byproducts, chemicals, radiation, heavy metals, and even pharmaceutical drugs. Fluoride, which is still being added to many municipal water supplies, is yet another factor that can make the water you drink each day more harmful than healing.
So the “legal” water we drink? The Environmental Working Group (EWG) found 316 chemicals in tap water throughout the country, 202 of which aren’t regulated. And over 60 million of us have been exposed since 2004 to concentrations of chemicals or contaminations that don’t even pass outdated guidelines. And then the guidelines get tricky too.
Susan Scutti, CNN report ‘’ Millions of Americans may be drinking water with unsafe levels of industrial chemicals, according to a study published Tuesday in the journal Environmental Science & Technology Letters. These chemicals, known as polyfluoroalkyl and perfluoroalkyl substances or PFASs, have been linked to high cholesterol, obesity, hormone suppression -- and even cancer.’’

                         iv.        FABRIC.
Keep in mind that many fabrics including natural fibers such as rayon, polyester, acrylic, acetate and nylon undergo significant processing that often involves: Petrochemical dyes, Formaldehyde to prevent shrinkage, Volatile organic compounds (VOCs), Dioxin-producing bleach, and Chemical fabric softeners.

These additives are often toxic to the human body, may contain heavy metals and can pollute our environment.

                        v.        DETERGENT
Detergents, cleaners and other toxic household products are few mediums you don’t expect you can get toxins from. We use detergent to clean our plates, cups glasses etc. all this end up in our stomach and into our blood streams which affect our overall wellbeing.

Laundry detergents, Shampoo, liquid soap, hair relaxers etc. typically contain hazardous ingredients, including: sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS)/sodium laureth sulfate (SLES); 1,4-dioxane; NPE (nonylphenol ethoxylate), and phosphates. The most dangerous is which is found in our households.
        a.       Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) for instance which linked with numerous health problems is a very common chemical found in shampoos, hair conditioners, toothpaste, body washes bubble baths etc. the next time you by toothpaste, check the ingredient for Sodium Lauryl Sulphate.

         b.       1,4-dioxane, a carcinogen linked to organ toxicity, may be found in as many as 22 percent of the more than 25,000 cosmetics products in the Skin Deep database, but you won’t find it on ingredient labels. That’s because 1,4-dioxane is a contaminant created when common ingredients react to form the compound when mixed together.

Found in products that create suds – foam or bubbles (such as shampoo, liquid soap, and bubble bath), hair relaxers, others.

1,4-dioxane is generated through a process called ethoxylation, in which ethylene oxide, a known breast carcinogen, is added to other chemicals to make them less harsh. Research shows that 1,4-dioxane readily penetrates the skin.

1,4-dioxane is considered a probable human carcinogen by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and is listed as an animal carcinogen by the National Toxicology Program. It is included on California’s Proposition 65 list of chemicals known or suspected to cause cancer or birth defects - See more.

vi.        NON-ORGANIC PRODUCE AND MEATS AND PROCESSED FOODS.

         A.      Non-Organic Produce/ Genetically Modified
               Foods (Gmo).
Genetically Modified Foods (GMO) is the enemy of mankind, threatens the very basis of life on our planet. GMOs are an anti-human technology. They threaten the continuation of life on our planet. They are a far worse threat than terrorism, or even the threat of nuclear   war.
According to Dr. Mercola, Genetically Modified Foods (GMO) giant Monsanto has created some of the most dangerous products on the planet, including Agent Orange, Dioxin, bovine growth hormone and genetically modified seeds creating, environmental and human health devastation.
According to a report by Dr. Oz, more than eighty percent of the foods we eat on a daily basis contain one or more type of GMO.
Articles published in The Journal of Organic Systems. It is full of very detailed evidence of the link between genetically modified ingredients and 22 diseases such as liver failure, urinary and bladder cancers, hypertension, thyroid disease, stroke, obesity, and more.

        B.      Factory Farms or Confined Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO) Chickens.

Chicken is the most commonly consumed poultry around the world. We love it because it’s cheap and it’s a high source of protein, and of course you can make a variety of dishes using chicken
Worldwide, roughly 52 billion chickens are artificially hatched. They are slaughtered within 42 days Broiler chicken grows at a fast rate due to its genetic manipulation with growth hormones.
Antibiotics are added to chicken feed not to treat diseases in the birds but to make them grow faster.

The arsenic found in chickens is from a drug called roxarsone, added to feed to fight parasites and to make meat pinker and more plump. On April 9, 2012 The Washington Post reported that the Maryland legislature had voted to ban use of additives containing arsenic in chicken feed.

        C.       Processed Foods

Most of Americans’ household food budget is spent on processed foods, the majority of which are filled with additives and stripped of nutrients. Discover which common ingredients in the foods you eat pose the greatest risk to your health.
Unfortunately, most processed foods are laden with sweeteners, salts, artificial flavors, factory-created fats, colorings, chemicals that alter texture, and preservatives. But the trouble is not just what’s been added, but what’s been taken away. Processed foods are often stripped of nutrients designed by nature to protect your heart, such as soluble fiber, antioxidants, and “good” fats. Combine that with additives, and you have a recipe for disaster including high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart attacks, insulin resistance, diabetes, and belly fat.

                        vii.        DEODORANT AND FRAGRANCES.

Deodorant Aluminum Compounds. Aluminum is the ingredient in antiperspirants that actually clogs your pores and prevents sweating.

It has other toxins such as Parabens, Steareths, Triclosan, and Propylene Glycol. Women who regularly use deodorants containing aluminum salts could be at greater risk of developing breast cancer. (dailymail.co.uk).

I caution against using any synthetic perfume or cologne, or any other synthetically fragranced personal care product, as they're almost always loaded with synthetic chemicals that have been linked to cancer, reproductive toxicity, allergies, and more.

THE CANCER INDUSTRY IS TOO PROSPEROUS TO ALLOW A CURE

‘’The research dollars have all been devoured by a cancer monopoly – a cartel – consisting of pharmaceutical companies, the American Medical Association, a research system that supports pharmaceutical manufacturers, a system of charities that raise money for cancer research, and various federal agencies such as the US FDA. These groups have little interest in curing cancer, but are fully committed to earning profits for the cancer monopoly that is headed by the pharmaceutical companies.’’ (see more at healthimpactnews.com).

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THESE TOXINS.

These product and foods although do have toxins makes life easy for us. We can’t stop using these product can we can limit it effect on our health through our life style. Because toxins are part of our daily life, both inside and out, it may seem that they are a natural part of living that is why detoxification is imperative.

·        Why Detoxification?
The purpose of a detox is to cleanse the body of these foreign substances along with accumulated waste in order to optimize healthy bodily functions and healing.

You have realized we live in a world filled with toxins. Living without toxic buildup is virtually impossible. They are in our water, in our air, and in nearly everything we touch. Too many of us bathe and shampoo with products laced with chemicals, then use chemical laden products to shave, to smell good, to soften our skin, to treat our blemishes, etc. and our skin soaks up these chemicals every day. Our bodies store mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. We pick up parasites from our food and our surroundings that take up residence in our bodies.
‘’It’s an unfortunate fact that we’re now living in a chemical soup.’’ Many industrial chemicals have accumulated in our environment, and as well as accumulate in your body. ‘’More than 84,000 chemicals are put into American food and products each year essentially without safety testing, generating more than $763 billion in profits for the chemical industry’’. writes Dr. Joseph Mercola on his article ’’Documentary Reveals How Prolific Chemicals Are in Our Daily Lives‘’ .
All of these foreign materials drains our body's resources and interfere with optimum health. Strong scientific evidence exists that exposure to these industrial chemicals and pollutants  is contributing to health problems including cancer, reproductive abnormalities, early puberty, and a host of other endocrine, neurological, and metabolic problems.

Article By Kirsten Nagy '’Why Do I Need To Detox My Body?’’ Clearly put it.
''Despite overwhelming advancements in medical care our society is sicker than ever.  We may be living longer, but we’re riddled with illness and disease.  Nearly all sickness in industrialized countries is due to toxic build up in the body.  Often times toxins bind to sex hormones or thyroid hormones which slows metabolism, causing weight gain.   Additionally, toxins are stored in fat cells, also contributing to excess weight.  Cardiovascular disease, cancer, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility, gastroesophageal reflux disease, fatty liver, gallstones, osteoarthritis, stroke, lower back pain, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, dementia, sleep apnea, asthma and depression are just some of the illnesses associated with obesity.
Because toxins affect both the structure and function of cells, they cause a myriad of health problems in their own right.  Chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders like multiple sclerosis and lupus, migraines, premature aging, digestive problems like constipation, diarrhea or bloating, skin conditions, aches and pains, PMS and food allergies or intolerances are all the result of toxic buildup in the body.''

According to Kirsten Nagy ‘’Detoxification is so important because it can literally reverse the symptoms of illness and change your life.’’

·        Types Of Detoxifications: The Juice Cleanse Detoxification.

There are many different types of detoxification protocols and it is important to find one that works well for you.
Kirsten Nagy continues ‘’As a nutritionist though, I feel compelled to state that juice cleanses are an absolutely wonderful way to thoroughly cleanse your entire body.  Because you do not have to chew and break down food your digestive system is given a rest and allowed time to repair and rejuvenate.  Juicing your food floods your body with live enzymes and an abundance of antioxidants that help not only neutralize free radicals but also strengthen and support the immune system, reduce blood pressure, improve sleep, concentration and memory, improve circulation and increase energy.  Antioxidants even have anti-aging properties!  They are literally a life-changing miracle food, and juice cleansing is an excellent way to inundate your system with them.‘’ 1
