Drink this drink every morning to 
lose 8 kilos in 2 weeks


Ingredients:

· ½ cup pineapple


· 2 medium green apples



· 2 leaves of Swiss chard



· ½ cup parsley



· A sprig of fresh mint



· ½ peeled lemon



· 1 cup kale



· ½ cup of beet








Instruction :

Place all ingredients in a juicer. You can also use a
mixer, but in this case, add a little water.


Drink this drink every morning for 2 weeks. You can 
repeat the treatment 2-3 
times a year.
